Next to being a masseur, I am a yoga aficionado. I mainly practice Ashtanga, a discipline that focuses on developing strength, flexibility and balance. Which means I need to be very aware of a body’s evolutive possibilities and its limits. That knowledge is a big plus in helping you to prepare for an athletic performance and to support your recovery. Thus, I support endurance athletes, strength athletes and stretch athletes alike. But you can also come over to untangle your muscles or to unwind thanks to a beneficial relaxation massage.
