In a hot stone treatment, stones of pure basalt are heated to a controlled and pleasant temperature and placed on relevant areas of the body. And used for a gentle massage.

Thanks to the heat and weight of the stones, blood circulation is promoted and muscles relax. This relieves muscle pain, but is also very relaxing. This, in turn, helps to improve sleep and quiet the mind.

If you can free a little more time, a hot stone treatment is ideal to support an anti-stress massage or rehabilitation.
